Prize: There will be three prizes awarded in this Giveaway. The winners will each receive a 3-day, 2-night trip for 2 (winner and a guest, both of the age of majority in his or her state or province of residence at the time of commencement of the Contest Period) to visit Greensboro, North Carolina and the John Deere factory in Kernersville no later than December 31, 2023, including round trip coach airfare from the winner’s nearest major airport, lodging, transportation, factory experience, entertainment, John Deere promotional merchandise package and a meal stipend. Each prize has an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $5,500 USD or $7,324 CDN and a total prize Giveaway ARV of $16,500 USD or $21,972 CDN. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. In order to win, the selected entrants must comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Giveaway rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
Eligibility: This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, D.C., and Canada. Entrants must have reached the age of majority in his or her state or province of residence at the time of commencement of the Contest Period, defined below. Employees, suppliers, representatives and agents of John Deere Construction & Forestry Company and John Deere Canada ULC (collectively “John Deere”), its parent and affiliated companies, authorized John Deere dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and vendors who in the sole discretion of John Deere are determined to be so closely related to John Deere’s operations such that participation would result in the appearance of impropriety and the immediate family of each are not eligible to enter or win.
