Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize, available to be won by one (1) winner (“Grand Prize Winner”), which shall consist of one (1) Lowe Stinger 198 Favorite Edition Bass Boat with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of $49,995.00 (“Boat”) and $1,500 in Favorite Fishing merchandise (MSRP $1,500.).
There are four (4) Monthly Prizes, available to be won by four (4) winners (“Monthly Prize Winner”), which shall consist of one (1) Favorite Army Casting Combo with a MSRP of $119.97.
The total MSRP of all Prizes is: $51,974.88 and is as of date of drafting these Official Rules.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Officers, directors, representatives, employees or agents of the Administrator, Sponsor, Favorite Fishing, Lowe Boats, and all of their respective owners, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and successor companies, their advertising/promotional agencies (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of anyone so employed are ineligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year. Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, New York, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions, outside of the United States and D.C., and where restricted or prohibited by law.
