Prize: There will be four (4) prizes (each a “Prize”) awarded in this Drawing. Prize: a check for $7500; VIP access for two (2) for a NASCAR Race at select locations.
The Approximate Retail Value of all prizes combined is $7750.00. All Prizes legitimately claimed will be awarded.
Eligibility: Open only to natural persons who are citizens or legal residents of the United States, physically residing in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Wyoming and West Virginia and wherever restricted or prohibited by law), and who are 18 years of age or older or have reached the age of majority in their state of residence as of the Drawing start date (“Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, including Zeta Global, LLC, and National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing, LLC (NASCAR) and their affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, successors and assigns, and any other entities directly associated with this drawing (collectively, “Released Parties”), are also not eligible to participate.
