ONE (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. Prize is a trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (each of whom must be 25 years of age or older and sign a liability release and publicity release [where lawful], as per Rule 5 below) to a music festival taking place in Riverside County, California, April 21 – 23, 2023. Trip includes roundtrip coach air travel from major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles area (airports are of Sponsor’s sole choosing), lodging at “The Ketel One Botanical House” for 4 days/3 nights; private ground transportation between Los Angeles area airport and/or between “The Ketel One Botanical House” and music festival; (awarded as a $300 voucher to car service of Sponsor’s sole choosing; issuer’s terms and conditions apply to use of voucher) and “The Ketel One Botanical House”; up to four (4) VIP tickets to the last three (3) days of California music festival; one (1) $500 gift card (gift card issuer is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; issuer’s terms and conditions apply to use of gift card). Winner will also receive a check for $19,068.00 that may be used to pay for taxes incurred in accepting Grand Prize. Ticket seller issuing gift card is of Sponsor’s sole choosing; ticket seller’s terms and conditions apply to use of gift card. Approximate Retail Value: $200.00 each.
FIFTY (50) Second Prizes will be awarded. Prize is a Ketel One Botanical Festival Kit, including candle, outdoor speaker, wine glass, ice mold and seed packets. Specific size, model and attributes of Kit elements to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Kit must be accepted in its entirety or not at all. If winner is a resident of Virginia, he/she will receive a substitute prize of comparable value. Approximate Retail Value: $50.00 each.
